Your Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced PM Execution, responsible for driving day to day new Equipment Project Management operations from order intake (OI) to project closing (CPA), including on-site activities management. Ensure deliverables are being achieved at the expected cost and to stakeholders’ satisfaction.

Your Mission

  • Is responsible in front of its zone teams (eng. support, field eng., Installation Manager,…) for:
    –Managing projects stakeholders
    –Supporting team-mates, in particular to solve issues
    –Coaching/ developing teams : building & maintaining of competence & skills
  • Is responsible in front of its hierarchy for:
    –Driving projects with optimized margin (including add-on’s) and maximized client satisfaction
    –Ensure the lead time of project in milestones at utmost effort
    –Feeding and updating the project in SAP , Share Point, and other relevant system.
    –Managing projects risks and contingencies plan
    –Escalating issues to manage risks/ leverage Sidel Group network
    –HSE plan and other activities on customer site
  • Is responsible in front of the client for:
    –Ensuring QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) level of the project
    –Providing assistance during all the project
    –Ensuring information and data input accurately during the project kick off meeting period
    –Ensuring adequate communication within SIDEL stakeholders
    –Follow the Execution of Project Management Process closely and give feed back to design for process & quality improvement
    –Follow up of external suppliers (3rd party equipt, piping & electrical works, …)

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree with the major in Engineering & Mechanical
  • English and Mandarin
  • 3 - 5 years work experience
  • Project management experiences and sales experiences in beverage industry is a plus
  • PMP knowledge is prefer
  • Knowledge of installation and commissioning scope and challenges in machinery or complete line is a plus
