Your Opportunity

The EPM director will manage the business activities starting from the business opportunities, collaborating with sales up to the commissioning of a food and beverage packaging lines. The EPM Director will manage a multidisciplinary team to assure projects deliverables are met to customer satisfaction and contractual obligation. In addition to team management, the EPM director will be responsible for the financial perfor-mance of the projects executed within the subregion.

Your Mission

  • Accountable for Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery throughout project life cycle.
  • Accountable for the financial performance of the projects. Monitor costing, installation schedule & contractual aspect.
  • Ensure proper budget quotation and commercial offer in collaboration with Sales force, in preparation for negotiations
  • Monitor and ensure that project deliverables are met according to the HSS&E standards, within baselined cost, on schedule and to defined specifications.
  • Monitor and ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are met, including Sidel corporate values, governance and processes
  • Monitor projects risks and act to anticipate or manage internal and external conflicts / crisis
  • Manage, support and mentor the functional team. Drive competence development and utilisation
  • Allocate resources to accomplish the functional mission. Support and eliminate escalated roadblocks
  • Track projects status to inform executive decisions across business areas. Establish overall projects requirements and priorities
  • Monitor and actively manage Projects Execution KPIs and implement executive decisions to meet the function deliverables.
  • Accountable for business deliverables and customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly and timely reporting to the stakeholder. Drive technical issues escalation follow up calls with upper management.

Your Profile

Level of education and languages:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • Another language would be considered as a plus

Required experience and skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in international companies and and a proven track record in Project
  • Management of capital projects
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • High learning agility on people, change, result and mental agility
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflict in a constructive way   
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio and Systems design is a plus
  • Experience in the beverage industry is a plus
