Your Opportunity

Is the Regional Key User for QTC-S processes and tools (transvers to all Services activities: SPM, CCM and SAM functions), as well as ensures compliance with other Sidel internal rules and procedures specific to Services on top of supporting Project Managers with their day to day administrative tasks.

Your Mission

Purpose:

  • Is the Regional Key User for QTC-S processes and tools (transvers to all Services activities: SPM, CCM and SAM functions), as well as ensures compliance with other Sidel internal rules and procedures specific to Services on top of supporting Project Managers with their day to day administrative tasks.
  • Ensures within the region the proper interface between Local project management (mono- or multi-site basis), Regional Services Controlling organization, and After Sales Organization. Make sure processes are respected in each sites (periodical audits), and animate continuous improvement loop approach to always adapt at best our processes and value brought to customers (processes & tools).
  • The Project Administration Services is interfacing with the SPMD, SPM Leaders, VP Services and SDs for any KPI and other key initiative data gathering. He/ She is in charge to manage the monthly KPI collection expressing the performance of our department: TTQ/ TTD/ Project closure/ Project Managers occupation rate/ HR... and many others (to be adapted to the need). The SPM Admin will assist the the SPM Leaders and Project Managers with administrative tasks in case of any back-up needs. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Process: Train process users and ensures basic project controlling and compliance according to the QTC-S process
  • Process: propose continuous improvement through audits on the different sites
  • Process: Interact strongly with the central Services team to get proper support & alignment between local/ central
  • Tools: Involved in the training and collect feedback on potential improvement/creation of all services project tools 
  • KPI: Gather data, help analyze and prepare summary for all tracked indicators
  • Order fulfilment: Assists SPM for PO / Offer checks, intra-company POs, external invoicing, logistics, SAP as required 
  • Order fulfilment: Is supporting the SPM in administering projects in P&DD as required and for back-up purposes
  • General assistance to the SPM team including additional functions as part of this new mandate
  • Assist the PMD and VP Service as needed in any regional transversal tasks

Your Profile

Education Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or equivalent

 

Language Requirements

English
Other languages (depending upon region covered) a plus

 

Professional Qualifications and Experience 

Solid Project Administration or Assistance background or equivalent fields
Solid experience in Processes & Tools improvement, Lean experience as a plus
Basic knowledge about bank mechanisms & flows
Basic knowledge about Incoterms, logistics (packing/customs)
Basic knowledge about legal aspects (contractual terms)
Basic controlling & process knowledge
