Team Leader of 5 automation & controls specialists "Provide the local automation planning for new equipment and service, based on skill set and activities complexity, ensuring mutual coordination with Regional Planning Manage the local automation pool, in term of skill/competence development and human resources in accordance with Company values and policies. Ensure the proper Field Administration for the area related to site activities related to logistic for field resources and invoicing "

Your Mission

  • Ensure area planning with coordinated planning setup. Responsible of area occupation
  • Ensure area consolidation of workload for New Equipment and Services and its forecast mid/long term
  • Identify missing skill in the Region to sustain operations according to the business plan
  • Assure the best communication between the planners in his responsibility to optimize layover. Lead monthly Service / area automation utilisation / KPI review  
  • Ensure feedback to his Manager for process & quality improvement opportunities, risks on availability, critical cases
  • Drives the analysis of internal automation proper sizing ,Drives the  recruitment process with HR with interwiewing and hiring
  • Responsible to ensure the competence and skill development of automation technicians according to business need and strategic program, in liase with  Competence development 
  • Ensure required Safety, Health & Environmental trainings and certifications are fulfilled. Ensure that H&S standards are followed on site by technicians
  • Ensure that all Sidel tools/devices/workwear/PPE necessary to technicians are updated and kept in the proper way
  • Ensure  site activities processes are followed on site by technicians and the reporting to ISM/backoffice is clear,  ensure annual appraisal of technicians, manage their discipline and define the rewards
  • Ensure new equipment project/service Sidel setup for activities are understood and the related processes applied properly
  • Manage area subcontractor and Agent according to contract and Sourcing rules. Set Region subcontracted technicians needs according to business forecast requirement, internal technicians availability,  skills required,  cost opportunities and manage the availability/skill required with local subcontractors and agent. Ensure planning of local 3PE resources
  • Ensure proper management of Field Administration for the site activities in the area

Your Profile

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Bachelor of electronic engineering or equivalent working experience

Language Requirements

  • English and spanish a must. French / Italian a plus.

Professional Qualifications and Experience 

  • 2/3 years experience experience in resources management/field engineering  is a minimum
  • Experience in the beverage  industry
  • Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio, Including overall technical background
  • Knowledge of  installation and commissioning scope, challenges and difficulties
  • PLC programing Siemens a must. Rockwell a plus.
  • Use of measuring instruments Network installation knowledge
  • Travel up to 40% in international environment
