Sidel is looking for a Project Manager Technical Offers to join our Graduate Talent Program (GTP). By joining our GTP you will be part of a 18 months rotational program andexperience the main areas of the Sidel business worldwide. This will allow you to develop your technical knowledge and skills, as well as your soft skills, in avery accelerated way. ■ Ensure the realization of technical offers for prospects and customers from a geographical area in one or more sectors of activity. Tenders may include Sidel equipment, complementary equipment and services;
■ Take advantage of the requests for offers from the sales force, prospects, clients awarded;
■ Understand, analyze the need and find the most appropriate technical solutions for the technical and economic data of the projects in collaboration with the sales manager;
■ Coordinate the interfaces with any internal or external interlocutors coming to support the project;
■ Make the estimated cost estimate of the service offered and apply the fixed selling price policy;
■ Establish technical support to explain, argue or validate the proposed solutions with the sales force and / or customers;
■ Participate in the contract review, in collaboration with the Sales Engineer, for the projects ordered (technical definition and estimated costs of the contract);
■ Establish additional offers for contracts in the process of ordering;
■ Participate in carrying out tests to validate proposed solutions;
■ Promote the product portfolio in different geographical areas (global coverage);
■ Respect the health, safety and environmental rules in force and re-establish any risk situations. The mission involves occasional trips to France and abroad.
Training and languages:
■ Higher education with a technical focus (Engineer's profile or equivalent with a dominant mechanical or electrical background) ■ Technical English (mastering a second preferred language)
Professional skills and experience:
■ Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
■ Knowledge in mechanics and automation
■ Knowledge of project management tools
■ Innovation spirit, problem solving
■ Teamwork, good interpersonal skills
■ High level of initiative
■ A first experience in the management of technical projects is desired.
