Your Opportunity

Regional Product Support Engineer is part of Product Support Team. The job is mainly taking place in back office, to support internal and external customers for technical issues.

Your Mission

  • Be part of hotline team in case of service availability
  • Manage the treatment and the resolution of technical non conformities and product evolution request
  • Support FSE in terms of field methods for installation, qualification, technical analysis 
  • Execute RCA (roote cause analysis) on relevant equipment issues, supporting the consequent plan of corrective and preventive actionsSecure performances of commercially released equipment and lines, drive product quality improvement

Your Profile

Level of education and languages: 
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent 
  • Electrical & automation field (knowledge in B&R is a plus) 
  • English 
Required experience and skills: 
  • 3 years’ experience in field activities 
  • Experience in the beverage industry 
  • Consolidated technical background such as Mechanical, Automation, Electrical or Process 
  • Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus
  • Aseptic knowledge is a plus 
  • Able to travel (<50%)
