Account Manager FHPC
Sidel is looking for an Account Manager Food Home Personal Care to increase the business in the Packing division that achieves the targeted level of order intake with the right level of profitability in North America. The Account Manager is overall responsible for customer satisfaction, manages the customer in relation with other functions (precontracting, execution, services), defines Sidel strategy for projects in their designated area. Manages all customer related issues in their designated area.
- Organizes and develops promotion and sales of Sidel offer (Equipment, Integration, Engineering & Services) on the Food, Home and Personal markets segments in North America.
- Actively participates in the development of the group and constantly strengthens its brand image
- Constantly seeks to maximize profitability and efficiency within his/her area
- Manages customer relationship in relation with the different departments of the company (Pre contracting, Project Management, Service departments, Marketing…)

- Independent and autonomous
- 3 to 5 years of experience as Account Manager or Technical experience with a sales profile
- Knowledge of Sidel solutions Conveying/Packing/Palletizing
