Your Opportunity

Quality Control position supporting Sidel mold manufacturing and service activities. Ensure incoming, in-progress, and final Quality control of Tooling products and parts. Manage Supplier Quality assurance and follow-up.

Your Mission

  • Apply safety requirements relative to his position
  • Use measuring eqpt to determine product or assembly quality. Understand quality instruction and ISO requirements relative to his plant
  • Utilize statistical means to evaluate quality performance of any process, product or data set
  • Train production line employees on use of quality methods. Perform audit to check application and make a report
  • Follow-up on supplier performance, launch corrective action, define quality inspection plan and critical dimension needed to control
  • Check product quality via manual or automated inspection methods
  • Consolidate quality reports for business reporting, make analysis to identify sources of improvements
  • Manage claims analysis of molds for repair, able to make a reverse engineering of a concurrent mold
  • Apply internal or supplier non conformity process and check its application
  • Analyze customer specification of a project (FTC,PAQ, Bottle specification) and check compatibility with engineering / mold manufacturing
  • Define quality methods, make inspection report for new components
  • Make supplier audit to confirm their ability to deliver parts of the required quality
  • Follow calibration of inspection tools, trigger calibration and repair with supplier

Your Profile

  • Upper Secondary (employment relevant skills)
  •  College or above degree major in Mechanical or other related field
