Your Mission
- Support
the IT Network Tower according to the Service Delivery Framework
- Contribute to manage the On
Site Service teams to guarantee the end-to-end service fulfillment
- Accountable for Satisfaction
Level of Customers (Internal), follow technical processes, frameworks
- Implement and maintain IT
Service tools to Deliver IT Network services in a proper way (eg. IPAM)
- Accountable for the IT
Network document repository
- Act as an SME on Network
related topics
- Continously Improve the
Processes. Streamline and automate to reduce cost, time for execution and
improve user satisfaction
- Implement corrective actions
in case of deviation or non-compliance
- Member of the Network Support Ticket queue
Your Profile
- Demonstrated experience in managing Medium/Big IT
Network Infrastructures
- Experience in CISCO and Fortinet network landscape
- Knowledge of SDWAN and ADVPN concepts
- Analytical thinking
- Working experience in a multicultural environment
- Able to travel (up to 10%)
