Your Opportunity

The Global HRIS Manager is the expert of the Sidel Group when it comes to HR systems and HR reporting related matters. He/she is the key contact for HRIS continuous improvement & integration and provides support to local HR teams worldwide on data analytics.

Your Mission

Data Accuracy

  • Accountable for the integrity of the HR data (worldwide) within the HR system
  • Continuous improvement of quality of data and procedures where possible
  • Identification of data integrity issues through regular auditing and data analysis
  • Close follow-up with local HR managers

System Management & Improvement

  • Facilitate the planning and implementation of HR yearly global cycles
  • Partnering with HR process owners by translating requirements into system solutions that continuously improve HR process delivery and integration
  • Maintaining HR systems in coordination with IT department & 3rd party supplier
  • Monitoring new functionalities/features and recommending upgrades to enhance user experience and platform optimization
  • Conducting root-cause analysis of reoccurring end-user issues and recommending solutions

Data Analysis

  • Production of dashboards to support management in the areas of workforce analytics as well as required compliance reporting
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive reports for analysis and decision-making by transforming data into strategically impactful business information

Key User & Training

  • Supporting all HR users (approx. 50 worldwide) with any technical or functional issues
  • Key contact to explain policies and procedures in link with the HR system
  • Conducting end-user training for HRs, managers and employees (online or classroom delivery)
  • Troubleshooting end-user issues in HR system, correcting errors and providing guidance to the end user.

Your Profile

  • Min 5 years of sound hands-on system administration experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (modules: HR Core, Compensation, LMS, Succession, Recruitment & Onboarding) including full systems configuration, release management, requirements gathering, testing and end-user documentation and training is a must
  • You’re proficient with data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Qlik sense (preferred), MS Power BI, Tableau
  • You have sound understanding of systems integration, able to oversee and lead – with your IT partners - systems integration and migration projects
  • You love to collaborate, have a can-do-attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset and have no problems in going beyond your usual scope if required
  • You’re a digital native and a quick learner
  • You understand the importance of systems and how we can utilize them to improve the way we work
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset - exploring a variety of sustainable ways of finding solutions
  • A passion for innovation and process improvement with effective project management skills (i.e. ability to initiate, plan and lead/drive projects)
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomously
  • Fluency in written and verbal English is a must; any other language is a plus
