Your Opportunity

In this role you will have the opportunity to address several aspects of human resources and gain generalist experience for HR activities in the Americas region with a specific focus on Mexico, USA and Canada. You will support recruitment, immigration, onboarding and employer branding activities. You will support HR teams in their day-to-day work to provide value-added service to support the organization in delivering better results. This function is reporting to the VP HR Americas.

Your Mission

  • Assess the current recruitment strategy and propose short and mid-term evolutions
  • Lead and manage recruitment activities, especially in Mexico and US
  • Develop a strategic partnership with local universities and presence in job fairs
  • Evaluate sourcing opportunities for combined HR services (recruiting, mobility service, law firms etc.)
  • Identify and implement the most efficient process to allow our customer-facing employees to work abroad, including the analysis of tax compliance
  • Identify the areas of improvement of the company’s current immigration and relocation process
  • Build a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including leaders of the organization and their teams, immigration law firm and any other vendor participating in a relocation process
  • Ensure that all the required documentation is provided on a timely manner for immigration purposes
  • Support country HR Managers as needed in HR-related initiatives

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar field
  • Minimum 3-5 years in recruiting, human resources and/or immigration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • French, Italian or Portuguese would be a plus
  • Experience in an international and multicultural company is preferred
