Your Mission

  • The HR Manager has the responsibility for:
  • Manage efficiently recruitment activities and campaigns
  • Support line managers with HR processes such as performance management and team
    development
  • Partner with management to provide guidance on matters related to talent and organizational change
  • Implement HR policies and procedures, regularly review possibilities to improve
  • Collaborate with managers and their teams on learning & development matters and identify areas that need attention
  • Develop and promote internal mobility
  • Develop schoolpartnership
  • Manage the  development plan: budget, needs, organisation, research of partners, ...
  • Participate in administative tasks
  • Participate and contribue to group or local project
  • Provide support to HR teams

 

Your Profile

  • Master degree in humain resources
  • mini.3 years experience in HR positions
  • Fluency in English and additional langue is  welcome (German)
  • Strong ability to communicacte verbally and in writing
  • Willing to take accountability for own scope, results oriented and good problem solving skills
  • Good personal organization, able to manage workload by setting priorities well
  • Good knowledge in MS Office Tools
