Your Opportunity

If selected for Future Talent Program, you will experience a carefully designed immersive 16-month development program where, through job rotations, you will explore different areas of our business worldwide. Your Mission

After the 16 months rotation, which will include few months in Italy, you will be part of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) team based in Shanghai. This team is committed to high performance and our new Service offering of TPM Performance projects.
Your role will lead and drive successful TPM Performance projects at our customer’s priority sites and priority production lines.

Your Profile

• Fluent English
• Master degree in engineering
• Less than 2 years from graduation
• Availability to travel 50%-65% of the time after the 16th months.
