Your Opportunity
Looking for a Sales Administration that will support sales teams of Gentlebrand and Competek on their activities.
Your Mission
- Issue of offers and order confirmation by ERP system;
- Sending order confirmation, proformas and invoices to customers
- Congruity check of customer purchase order
- Documentation management for quality purpose
- Support in the monitoring of the activities carried out under commercial concessions
- Entry and management of commercial data in CEP by customer data sheet
- System and papar archive of customer data sheet
- Archiving NDA customers and suppliers
- Collaboration with process manager on process review and improvement
- Weekly and monthly reporting to Sales Director and Managing Director on sales position
- Monthly support to finance for reporting closing
- Monthly monitoring of job orders and collaboration with PM to finalize MIS upload
- Support of meeting organization, company events and on sorting incoming calls from the company swithboard.
Your Profile
- Attention to details
- English is mandatory
- Italian and Franch languages are a plus
- Good knowledge of excel
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work with different teams and different culture: sales, finance, pm, it, process
