Your Opportunity
Drive Planning coordination with the Regions for optimum use of internal and external FSE resources and lead competences development accordingly.
Your Mission
- Ensure a global view of the demand, the planning and the adequate skills/activity of FSE's
- Lead the sizing of Global and Regional internal FSE resources (hiring, competence, location), in strong connection with Regions
- Define and support implementation of common rules and tools for optimized planning and competences mapping
- Define and deploy Field Excellence program to deliver customer satisfaction (NPS, C-sat) and continuous improvement
- Manage a team of FSE Planning Managers in the Americas region
Your Profile
- Minimum Education Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
- Min 10 years experience in resources management/field engineering
- Knowledge of installation and commissioning or services scope and challenges
- Ability to travel 20%-40%
- Languages: English is a must. French, Italian or Spanish would be plus
- Advanced knowledge of competences management & development
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to implement new solutions in the planning department
