Your Opportunity
Manage the definition of Sidel Group Remote Services & Technical Support portfolio. Accountable for deploying the portfolio over Sidel Group .
Support Sidel Group Sales force during sales promotion. Is accountable for the overall profitability of his product line (IM at least, gross profit, operating profit)
Lead Internal Group Initiative for promoting Remote Services and increasing the Techical Assistance Agreements penetration.
Your Mission
- Propose new PDP and participate in defining business
strategy
- Lead
product roadmap development for remote service s& technical support
- Lead
integration of digital enablers with Digital team to improve value
proposition & enhance customer experience
- Define
commercial & pricing strategy to deliver expected targets and market
penetration
- Develop
tools and set processes for quotation of remote services & technical
support
- Define
sales support tools with communication support (leaflets, ppt, videos)
- Drive
business development actvities in relation with Technical Support &
Remote Services, supporting regions in product launches
- Define
promotion channels with communication (trade shows, emailing, advertising,
social networks, etc…)
- Analyse
budgeted sales & products market penetration - for remote services &
technical support
- Initiate
and validate the QTCS process as per definition within the Business area and
provide input for continuous improvement
- Monitor
technical support excellence, at sustainable cost, through competent
resources (CCM / RPS), processes & tools
- Promote
remote services as preferred way to operate, including KPI trnasformation and
change management
Your Profile
- Fluent English level
- A local language of the key regional market is a
plus
- 5 years experience minimum in the services or digital business or in a production area
- 5 years experience in beverage and/ or food manufacturing
- Leadership,
leading teams in matrix mode

- Business development and customer oriented
