Corporate Internal Communications Manager

Your Opportunity

Develop and implement communications activities that focus on key company priorities, for the purpose of increasing employee understanding and engagement within the business. Responsibilities include developing and driving communications on strategic projects to support the business. High level of skill in communications-related planning, management and implementation required.

Your Mission

  • Develop a comprehensive internal communications plan to deliver strategic Company messages
  • Create an environment of shared understanding and engagement to support the business
  • Drive communications on company-wide critical projects, including planning, strategies, and implementation
  • Harvest news stories from across the business for publication
  • Shape and convey the corporate image in ways that promote the business and values
  • Ensure that publications are communicated effectively, in line with Company values and business goals
  • Work with stakeholders to plan and deliver internal communications for change programmes, with evidence-based practice as part of strategies and plans
  • Manage and continuously improve campaign and messaging strategy, using insights from evaluation to ensure effective targeting of messages. Regularly audit channel requirements to ensure they are good fit for our culture and strategies
  • Ensure the most effective channels and tactics are used within stand-alone and on-going communications so communication is clear and aligned with business strategy.
  • Support production of internal communications dashboard for campaign and channel metrics and insights
  • Protect and support development of tone of voice and image
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements in processes, content management, or tools


Your Profile

  • Proven experience as Corporate Communications Specialist or similar position
  • Experience in project management and execution of communication campaigns and/or initiatives
  • Excellent in writing and editing skills, and presentation design skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (e.g. XLS, PPT); photo and video-editing software is an asset
  • Expert in social media platforms
  • Good oral presentation skills
  • Good in data analytics
  • Perfect proficiency in English; Italian, French, Spanish or Chinese a plus
  • A creative yet practical mind
  • Ability to work in autonomy and with a range of stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Experience working in multinational companies, multicultural experience an asset
