Your Opportunity

Develop and implement a growth strategy for AOA region focused on the Stand Alone Can & Glass Filling portfolio and market, creating new business opportunities and a long-term value for Sidel, while ensuring customer satisfaction

Your Mission

  • Develop strategies and plans to grow Sidel Stand alone C&G Filling  stand alone market and related services in the region  
  • Drive market research and analysis, including market context and competition intelligence 
  • Map Business Potential, define priorities (geographical, products, customers) 
  • Define and drive prospection/ customer base development activities, coordinating with front line 
  • Meet prospects & customers generating and keeping a healthy opportunity pipeline
  • Drives portfolio related product introduction activities in the region, acting as link between product management and front line 
  • Provide inputs to Product Management on product development based on Customer needs & wants 
  • Mobilize the sales organisation within the defined strategy 
  • Define promotional strategy and activities with the marketing & communication  teams 
  • Build action plans and related timelines to implement operational needs to succeed (services, supply chain, product management)
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the business products and services,  and their value proposition 
  • Keep abreast of changes and industry trends locally and internationally 
  • Achieves the yearly top and bottom line targets 

Your Profile

  • Education Qualifications
    - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
    - 5+ years of experience in the B2B  food & beverage Industry sector
    - Experience in sales, marketing and/or related field
    - In-depth  knowledge of Can & Glass Stand Alone Filling products and services
    - International management
    - Ability to travel (50%)

    - Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
    - Strong communication skills
    - Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
    - Excellent organizational skills.
