Your Opportunity

Sidel is looking for an Account Manager Food Home Personal Care that achieves the targeted level of order intake with the right level of profitability in a specific geographical area (Russia & Commonwealth of Independent States). Is overall responsible of customer satisfaction, manages the customer in relation with other functions (precontracting, execution, services) Defines Sidel strategy for projects in his/her designated area. Manages all customer related issues in his/her designated area.

Your Mission

  • Organizes and develops promotion and sales of Sidel offer (Equipment, Integration, Engineering & Services) on the Food, Home and Personal markets segments in Russia/ Commonwealth of Independent States
  • Actively participates in the development of the group and constantly strengthens its brand image
  • Constantly seeks to maximize profitability and efficiency within his/her area
  • Manages customer relationship in relation with the different departments of the company (Pre contracting, Project Management, Service departments, Marketing…)
  • Proposes an annual action plan to the Sales Director


Develops sales within his/her area:

  • Taking an active part in the customer relationship and ensuring an active prospection
  • Transmitting all the necessary information to establish a customized offer
  • Negotiating and closing deal
  • Support locally Key Account Manager’s actions
  • Establishing commercial contracts respecting the Legal and Trade Finance directives
  • Participates in sales promotion proposing and implementing actions, monitoring its efficiency and reporting to the Sales Director.Reinforces R&D giving feedback to Product Managers and Marketing about the evolution of market demands
  • Localization: Russian Office (Moscow)

Your Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as Account Manager or Technical experience with a sales profile
  • Knowledge of our solutions Blowing/conveying/Packing/Palletizing
  • Maximize order intake Food Home Personal Care and ensure proper execution together with Project Manager
  • Develop proposals for new business opportunities
  • Manage proactively sales activities (visit customer / prospect)
  • Sales process Management (Impact program/ Customer Engagement Platform)
  • Management of agents if necessary
  • Able to travel 70%
  • Ability to work in a high pressure and complex environment
  • Use the Microsoft suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and internal tools Customer Engagement Platform (Customer Relationship Management) - Request For Quote
  • Language Russian/English, French would be a plus
