Reporting to the CIO, you will be IT Business Partner for Supply Chain and you will have the opportunity to drive the digital strategy of the company. Your Mission
- Work in partnership with Supply Chain business team (e.g. Plant Directors / VP Sourcing / VP Operations, etc) and guide/challange them on the IT roadmap and processes for Supply Chain area
- Guarantee business continuity while bringing innovation and new solutions to stakeholders by developing and delivering
value added services
- Promote Digitalization and act as change agent
- Manage IT vendors/suppliers
- Manage and egnage internal IT team of Functional Analyst and external consultants
Your Profile
Required Skills And Abilities
- Ability to build and maintain high performance teams
- Ability to display critical decision making in a high-pressure situation
- Ability to make decisions and recommendations on complex issues and present cases to senior management
- Demonstrated ability to create Vision and Strategy
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a geographically dispersed environment
- Project mgmt experience including dudgeting and financial management
- Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization with strong communication and presentation skills.
Level of education and languages:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant discipline
- 7+ years Successful experience in similar roles
- Experience with SAP Material Management, EWM, Plant Maintenance modules
- Experience in MES, SAP MII, SAP Ariba, S4H is a strong plus
- Experience with Manufacturing and Supply chain processes
- Fluent English is a must, Italian and French languages will be advantage
