Cleaned and ready for reuse
In an effort to reduce the environmental impact of waste from
industrial production, there is an increasingly deep-felt need to
recover empty bottles and reuse them. Sidel offers a complete range
of both single-end and double-end bottle washers, manufactured at
our plant in Verona, Italy. These machines treat returnable glass
and PET bottles for a wide range of products - including beer, soft
drinks, water, juice and more - and prepare them for reuse. Below
are some of the added benefits from our bottle washing family.
Hydra
Hydra has a synchro drive system with automatic chain tensioning
and a single label discharging point, a technology patented by
Sidel. In addition to low consumption, low maintenance and a low
total cost of ownership (TCO), Hydra offers maximum flexibility
with the possibility to process both returnable glass and PET
bottles with the same machine. It is designed for medium/high speed
production.
Oceano
Oceano is a simple and reliable solution for gently washing and
treating both returnable glass and PET bottles. It's a compact
system that combines functional simplicity with low maintenance and
the possibility to match technology to your production needs.
Aqua
In one very compact system, Aqua provides gentle treatment of
bottles at low/medium speeds while consuming little amounts of
water, steam and energy and offering a low TCO.
