CCO
COMPACT SINGLE-FILE INFEED SYSTEM FOR NON-STANDARD PACKAGING

This patented infeed system is designed as a single- or double-file conveyor, which helps to avoid lane distribution. The infeed lane is positioned at 45° relative to the shrink-wrapper´s axis.

The machine can run up to 60 cycles/min for bottles and 100 cycles/min for cans.

  • Benefits

  • Compact footprint

    • No upstream mass accumulation and divider-free distribution
    • Saving approximately 3m of conveyor length

  • Flexible machine for continuous flow

    • Continuous infeed for optimal product- and label-protection
    • Handles a wide range of collations by adjusting lateral fingers for proper selection
    • Divider-free upstream distribution suitable for oddly-shaped or unstable products
    • Collation of several rows by upper flight bar's collating system and a pitching system adapted to packaging type

  • Time-saving operation and maintenance

    • Maximum accessibility to operating parts and in-line cardboard magazine
    • Easy adjustments for format changeovers
    • Quick and easy size changeovers of 5 min
