Sidel’s comprehensive training catalog offers courses on all the skills required to manage and optimize Sidel machines and lines:


  • Technical training to teach essential skills needed for:
    - machines and installations
    - machine processes (capping, blow molding, filling, mixing, gas injection)
    - built-in systems (CIP – Cleaning Inside Place, filtration, crowning, heat exchangers)
  • Training on software, hardware, pneumatic systems and more
  • Technical training on components (frequency converters, valves and pumps) and on materials (plastics and stainless steel)

In addition, training on product and line management as well as safety and the environment are also available.

Proven methods

At the beginning of the course, students receive a training manual. Every page features full color operational and service diagrams. At the end of every course students receive a certificate from Sidel certifying the student’s acquisition of knowledge and skills.

Sidel training centers

Depending on student availability and the recommended level of training, Sidel can provide instruction at your production facility or at one of its seven training centers located in Brazil, China, the United States, France, Italy, Malaysia and Mexico.


Classrooms are equipped with the latest technologies and shops are set up for hands-on instruction. In addition, Sidel’s well-appointed, fully-equipped training centers provide the perfect setting for student enrichment.
