Main features (shared by all three solutions)

All three configurations have the same core elements: the aseptic filler designed for packaging sensitive products (non-carbonated beverages, fruit juices and smoothies, and dairy products) plus an aseptic capper.


Productivity

  • Up to 120 hours of uninterrupted production,
  • Sterile production also guaranteed during format or product changeovers,
  • Three hours required for internal and external cleaning (from the last to the first bottle).

Flexibility

  • Cap and bottle format changeovers are made without opening the isolator and therefore with no loss of sterility,

  • Optimal efficiency of the external cleaning system (COP) using an alkaline solution,

Sensofill™ FMa is a new aseptic filler that sterilizes bottles by using wet technology.

  • Minimal risk of bottle damage due to the absence of mechanical forces acting on the bottle body during conveying.

Combi Predis™ FMa combines blow molding, dry preform sterilization, filling and capping in a single economical and eco-friendly system.


TCO with low environmental impact

  • Zero water consumption by using hydrogen peroxide vapor for dry preform sterilization,
  • No extra energy is consumed because heat from chemical agents oven is recycled,
  • Negligible use of chemical agents,
  • Lightweight bottles can be used,
  • Minimal risk of bottle damage due to the absence of mechanical forces acting on bottle body during conveying,
  • Reduced number of machines required and minimal footprint (thanks to PredisTM).
