Main features (shared by all three solutions)
All three configurations have the same core elements: the aseptic filler designed for packaging sensitive products (non-carbonated beverages, fruit juices and smoothies, and dairy products) plus an aseptic capper.
Productivity

- Cap and bottle format changeovers are made without opening the isolator and therefore with no loss of sterility,

Sensofill™ FMa is a new aseptic filler that sterilizes bottles by using wet technology.

Combi Predis™ FMa combines blow molding, dry preform sterilization, filling and capping in a single economical and eco-friendly system.
TCO with low environmental impact
- Zero water consumption by using hydrogen peroxide vapor for dry preform sterilization,
- No extra energy is consumed because heat from chemical agents oven is recycled,
- Negligible use of chemical agents,
