Specially designed for filling PET bottles, the Eurotronica is characterizes by the use of electro-pneumatic valves with the contents of the bottle being determined volumetrically by magnetic flowmeters (and long-tube for LT model)
The volumetric concept is particularly suitable for filling PET bottles, since under pressure they have no stable dimension, thus making it difficult to control the content of the bottle with traditional level systems.
Magnetic flowmeters may be considered the technologically most advanced volumetric measuring devices, able to guarantee the greatest precision, versatility and hygiene.
Minimal oxygen pick-up and filling without turbulence is due to long tube valve (LT model).
Versatility
- Considerable product/container flexibility
- Can be blocked with rinser and labelers
- The valve can effect various kinds of filling: one chamber (with air return in the tank), two chambers (with separate air return), one or two chambers (with flushing), three chambers (with air used as counter-pressure gas ) (LT model)
- Two-speed filling (LT model)
- Automatic electronic tuning (F model)
Machine structure (lt model)
- No part of the valve requires replacing in the format changeover
- No tubes inside the bottle
- Pneumatic-type raising and neck-handling with minimum track (optimal mechanical reliability)
- Product feed from external static tank (which can be integrated with the mix processor tank)
Reduced running cost
- High filling precision with consequent product saving
- Can have separate air return (C model)
- Minimal losses in product changeover
- Reduced format changeover times
Hygiene
- Extensive sanitization
- Centralized decompression
- Filling phases managed by pneumatically driven membrane valves
