The Eurostar MS is the latest generation of the well-known Simonazzi Bluestar, a filling system trusted and prized by major worldwide producers in the beverage industry for years.

Thus already a proven product based on simple and highly reliable mechanical technology, this latest filling system performs to top standards.

Originally designed for PET bottles, the Eurostar MS has been further developed for flexible use with glass containers and is the ideal technology for products such as CSDs, isotonics, juices, teas, carbonated/non-carbonated water.

Versatility

• Structure available for a simple or a twin capper, according to specific requirements (one or two types of cap)
• For PET bottles there is a special starwheel discharge from the capper with a slide for any bottle format leading to the same discharge level
• Can be blocked upstream with rotary rinser/blower and downstream with rotary labeller in a block
• Both PET and glass bottles may be handled in the ‘twin system’ version, combining the valve with pneumatic cylinder and bottle lifter

Machine structure

• PET bottle transfer by means of neck grip, eliminating need for traditional format changeovers
• Possibility of individual pressurizing and collecting manifold of decompression by twin switch filling valve

Hygiene

• All the parts in contact with the product undergo cleaning or sanitization
• Return air from bottles channeled into a separate circuit
