Flexibility and multi-functioning are core needs in robot palletizing applications.
Using multifunctional tooling, the possibility of palletizing simultaneously on one or more lines, and its numerous layout options, the robot palletizing unit meets a wide range of palletizing requirements.
The Cermex™ robot also manages the infeed of empty pallets, the insertion of layer cards between each layer and changeover of gripping tooling.
Using its power, speed and customized programming, the palletizing robot can perform these tasks while reaching high acceleration in its movements with the maximum “smoothness” required for the products handled.
