Minimum oxidization, maximum quality

As its name suggests, the characteristic feature of the Simonazzi Eurotronica FM-LT is a “long tube” (LT) which reaches right down almost to the bottom of the bottle, minimizing oxygen absorption by the product. Special care has also been taken over the valves. In fact they are capable of filling at two speeds: low speed in the initial phase (subject to turbulence and therefore more critical) and higher speed towards the end of the process.

Volumetric filling for high product saving

The heart of the Simonazzi Eurotronica FM-LT is the electro-pneumatic filling valve system.The system guarantees extremely precise filling and therefore crucial savings in terms of product. Another feature helping reduce possible loss of product is the use of a stationary external tank with a capacity probe controlling the level. The tank is connected to each individual filling valve by infeed tubes.
The Simonazzi Eurotronica FM-LT also has the added advantage of maximum streamlining in the cabling to the rotary part and concentrates most of the electronics outside the machine. This is possible thanks to infra-red command signals from the control PC to the individual electronic cards managing the valves.

Guaranteeing hygienic conditions

The Simonazzi Eurotronica FM-LT has been designed so that it can be washed and sanitized very rapidly both inside and out. A number of special adjustments have been introduced for this purpose, such as the possibility of equipping the filler with an ultraclean base and special transparent guards. Compared to classic steel guards, transparent guards enable operators to keep the machine under constant control, thus guaranteeing greater hygiene. Moreover, a top cover has been fitted above the machine for the injection of filtered air, further contributing to preserving ideal hygienic conditions.
