After being held in Evian and Dubai, the third Global Bottled Water Congress travels to Lombardy

Hosted by Zenith International, the event takes place September 18-20.

At the Congress, Christophe Dupont, Combi pricing & marketing manager, will unveil the latest in Combi equipment: the Combi 34. This machine is specially designed for very high-speed filling (61,200 bph) of single serve products. A prototype is currently undergoing validation in Sidel’s shops.

Developed from an SBO 34 xs equipped with all the latest advances of the Highspeed range along with a Simonazzi Eurotronica FM-S filler for still water, the latest Combi meets the market’s growing need for single serve packages – less than 0.7 liters. Two machines have already been sold.

In addition, attendees can tour the San Pellegrino plant in Ruspino where they can see, firsthand, this Nestlé-owned company’s production lines for PET bottles, glass bottles and cans. Equipment at the plant includes four SBO machines from Sidel, an Alfa Rollsleeve labeler, a Simonazzi Eurostar filler, a Simonazzi carbonation machine, and more.
