Take a look at our environmentally friendly packaging
What do a NoBottle 0.5 liter PET bottle, weighing in at 9.9 grams, a PET 10-liter fam-ily-size bottle weighing 140 g and PLA plastic containers dedicated the packaging of edible oil have in common? The answer is that all these types of plastic packaging, on show at K, contribute to protecting the environment either due to their light weight or their natural, renewable origins.

Get the benefit of new Sidel blow molding technology
It is just a step from creative packaging for containers small and large to using the right industrial tooling. Where the need is for a small-capacity bottle, Sidel can offer its SBO Highspeed, a range of blow molding machines totally dedicated to the pro-duction of bottles in sizes up to 0.7 liter. On the Sidel stand, a SBO 24 XS Highspeed blow molding machine will be producing NoBottle. Alongside it, you will find the solu-tion for large-format packaging: the SBO Compact 2XL, the only machine in the Sidel range capable of blow molding 10-liter family-size bottles at the rate of 2,400 bottles /hour.

Be there for the official launch of Equinox, the first automatic process regulation system
With a view to helping reduce bottle weight, Equinox monitors the quality of your packaging on line using a measurement of bottle base weight and without stopping production. By automatically adjusting the blow molding parameters while the ma-chine is running, Equinox will optimize your line efficiency. Other inspection systems will also be on display, such as Intellispec, a preform inspection module, and Ca-pamold, a bottle wall measurement system.

Try out the REAL (Remote Expert Assistance for Lines) system for operational assistance at a distance
Once he has been equipped with this system derived from Augmented Reality tech-nology, your technician will be able, with no special knowledge, to be guided re-motely by a Sidel expert, who will help him resolve any problems arising on a ma-chine through visual sharing of the working environment and real-time communica-tions. You too can don the headset, cameras, microphone and rucksack containing a laptop computer, and try out at 1:1 scale the possibilities offered by this form of tech-nical support.
