The SBO 4 Compact is a linear blow molding machine for output capacities of up to 6,400

bottles/hour. The equipment is Sidel’s™ entry-level product for blow molding machines with biorientation targeting the lower output rate segment in plastic bottle production.
As the baby of the Universal family, the equipment features the same proven concepts and the latest advances found on the rest of the SBO rotary range. For over two decades, Sidel™ has built its reputation on this exceptional technology (linear oven, heating modules, cam control and blowing unit).
The SBO 4 Compact is 40 % more economical than existing rotary machines operating at similar production rates, yet it ensures top quality for even the most demanding bottle designs through superior material distribution and bottle lightweighting possibilities.

Solutions for labeling

Discover the Alfa™ Rollquattro labeler with a guaranteed reliability rate of 97 percent.

Eleven hundred bottles per minute is the record breaking output of the Rollquattro, the latest equipment model manufactured by Alfa™ This roll-fed labeling technology is so popular and have been installed for bottle packaging operations for water, fruit juices and carbonated drinks. Outstanding features include its durability, its tension system for reels, and its reliability - label cutting is done by transfer to a vacuum drum in a compact unit that offers easy access for operators.
The Alfa™ equipment offers models operating at various speeds, for different bottle sizes using different labeling technologies such as self-adhesive, hot melt and cold glue.
