Filling

• For mineral water - Specially designed for filling PET bottles, the Simonazzi Eurotronica FM-S is a volumetric filler with magnetic flowmeters characterized by high filling precision resulting in product savings, minimal losses in product changeover, and reduced format changeover times.
• For liquid and viscous products – The Sidel Hema GW weight filler can handle a wide variety of different products. The machine is characterized by quick format changeover, automatic weight adjustment, and is operator and maintenance friendly. Full production traceability is guaranteed.
• For aseptic – The Sidel FMi is based on proven technology; its many new developments have been aimed at optimizing the equipment for better aseptic performance, flexibility, production and efficiency. At PackExpo, a model of the machine will show the main phases of the aseptic process.

Labeling

The Alfa Rollquattro labeler applies rollfed full wrap-around plastic or paper labels with hot melt glue onto plastic, glass or metal containers. Due to its vast installed base, Alfa has acquired extensive experience in materials suitable for rollfed applications and can thus offer valid advice to help the user realize savings.

Secondary Packaging

• The Cermex TSP4 shrink-wrapping machine is a new system (patent pending) for film reel changeovers (D.I.S®) without stopping the machine, a brand new type of system for shrink-wrappers.
• The Cermex SW case packer is an unrivaled industrial, mechanical solution for automating cardboard packaging, whether it be RSC or wrap around blanks.
