The Eticold HS is a state of the art series of rotary automatic labeling machines for applying pre-cut paper or foil labels with cold glue at high speeds.
Widely tested in the field with leading customers, the Eticold HS labelers can apply pre-cut body, back, neck/shoulder and foil labels on glass or plastic containers.
The Eticold HS labelers are particularly suitable for the beer and soft drink market sectors, where the aggressive nature of the product and the heavy duty working conditions require robustness, precision and insensitivity to external agents.

Performance and durability

• Transmission parts for the glue pallets of the labeling station are mounted in the upper section of the labeling station where they are protected from glue and/or water seepage which cause oxidation.
• The labeling station structure is a single welded steel block, especially rigid with no vibrations and thus guaranteeing constant high quality labeling over time.
• Upper transmission parts of the labeling station are spray lubricated with continuous filtering of the lubricant and a self-diagnostics system.
• Direct gear transmission of labeling station, no universal joint shaft whatsoever.
• Chrome stainless steel-plated glue roller with micro-metric system ensuring correct glue film thickness.
• Rubber coated glue pallets guaranteeing reduced wear and correct glue film thickness.
• No container no label system.
• Machine cladding completely in stainless steel meeting CE standards.
