High-speed production for small bottles

SBO Highspeed is a rotary machine, using the bi-orientation blow molding principle. Its available range of blowers has been designed to blow small-capacity PET containers at very high outputs.
SBO Highspeed equipment shares the same technology as SBO Universal™. Kinematics have been calculated to ensure precise transfers at high outputs, and the oven, with its spindle chain, is suitable for small containers. All oven lamps are controlled from the control panel. The blow molding station is also equipped with a specific cylinder that cuts air consumption and with an optional exhaust air recycling system.
The SBO Highspeed machine can be incorporated into packaging lines with one- or two-line bottle exit. The elimination of conveyors and accumulation equipment offers a competitive alternative to traditional lines.
