Increasing Flexibility and Reliability in Complete Line Solutions

Consumer Packaging: Innovative Solutions to Meet Your Needs
Sidel will showcase innovative concept bottles and solutions that demonstrate the creativity from its Packaging and Tooling Centers (PTCs). ModulomoldTM provides quick changeovers for liquid packaging companies therefore allowing them to respond to the need of more customized packages and more product offerings to the consumer. ModulomoldTM enables bottles of the same size to be produced in a single mold. The mold has interchangeable inserts for the shoulder and the base where either one or both of these can be changed out to modify the bottle. Sidel has six PTCs located worldwide therefore providing local support but with resources from a global network.

RollsleeveTM and SL 90: Flexible Labeling
With the RollsleeveTM and SL 90, Sidel provides ultimate flexibility in labeling. The Rollsleeve, a sleever and roll fed labeler in one, can easily switch between shrink-sleeve ultra light labels and classic hot melt labels. The new sealing system offers great flexibility in the choice of materials for labels with considerable benefits in terms of optimizing costs. Sidel has successfully tested all the principal materials available on the market, i.e. PET, recycled PET, PVC, PE, PP, OPS and PLA. The SL 90 labeler is a cold glue and self-adhesive labeler in one solution. It meets the growing market need for pressure sensitive labels and cold glue labels.
