Modular layer-formation systems for palletization
Axo-Smart and Robo-Smart are innovative solutions for moving and turning packs to form palletization layers. They are described as “positive turning” due to the fact that the rollers not require obstacles.
Both the solutions are flexible, entirely modular and automated and they can handle all types of secondary packaging.
- Axo-Smart is the solution designed with the gantry structure above the pack infeed. By moving along three Cartesian axes inside the gantry, one or several effectors convey the packs according to the chosen sequence.
- Robo-Smart, is the solution designed for moving packs with a Fanuc robot.
