Automatic Cleaning In Place
ICS is a washing and sanitation system (CIP unit) developed by Sidel. It is based on a concept using the filler tank (models: Eurotronica FM-S, Europa WM and Europa W) as a CIP tank, and is capable of cleaning and sanitizing the machine very efficiently. The design optimizes chemical and effluent consumption, energy use and time.
Only the necessary quantities of detergent and disinfectant solution for washing are used. The consumption of concentrate solutions is thus reduced to a minimum.
Sanitization with hot water also only uses energy to heat the filler surfaces directly in contact with the product, avoiding all sorts of heat loss.
