Blower Preferential Heating process for flat containers and complex shapes
SBO Universal PH, part of the SBO Universal range, is a rotary machine using the bi-orientation blow molding principle. This machine is ideal for producing your complex packages such as flat bottles or asymmetrical containers.
The Preferential Heating process uses a differentiated temperature profile. This selective heating process ensures the expansion of preforms in pre-defined directions to take the specific shape of the cavity. In this case, everything is taken into account by the mechanics of the oven and the transfers, so that you can produce added-value products requiring high levels of technology and incomparable bottle quality.
