Hot-fill Filling (mechanical or flow meter)
The Veloce is a rotary filler dedicated to filling sensitive still drinks at high temperatures. The package is sterilized by the heat of the product. The standard Veloce is a mechanical gravity level filler typically used for glass applications. It may also be equipped for PET with magnetic flow meters (Veloce FM). In that case, product recirculation can be reduced, and the highest filling precision is guaranteed.
In its ultra-clean version, the Veloce FM is equipped with an isolator type chamber and a dedicated CIP/SIP process to ensure the highest safety when filling sensitive, low-acid products.
