CAPDIS™

Integrated dry cap decontamination system

Capdis™ is a system to decontaminate caps and is usually used for sensitive products. After orientation and elevation, the caps pass through a closed tunnel in which they are penetrated by H2O2 vapor, thus achieving high decontamination efficiency. In the last part of the tunnel, the caps are dried and chemical residues are eliminated. The tunnel can easily be emptied in case of a machine stop. The Capdis™ system has its own independent process equipment and can also be retrofitted to existing machines.
