Stretching is ensured by a servomotor and ball screw assembly. This new stretching console enables permanent control of the stretching position and speed for a perfectly repetitive process. This principle also leads to better production flexibility, since adjustments are made automatically from the HMI, which means that no manual intervention is necessary. -
Human-machine interface (HMI): Simplicity for the operator
New functions have been added to the HMI, with the introduction of electrical stretching. Simple, ergonomic applications have been developed to fine-tune all of the process parameters and minimize manual adjustment interventions on the machine.

Preferential heating for flat containers and complex shapes
SBO Compact2 PH, which is part of the SBO Compact2 range, is a linear machine using the bi-orientation blow molding principle. Thus, it possesses the same advantages as the SBO Universal range and its integrated Preferential Heating process enables you to produce complex packaging such as flat bottles or asymmetrical containers.
Its technical characteristics offer a differentiated temperature profile. This selective heating process ensures the expansion of preforms in pre-defined directions to take the specific shape of the cavity. In this case, everything is taken into account by the mechanics of the oven and the transfers, so that you can produce added-value products requiring high levels of technology and incomparable bottle quality.
