Following a strict ethical code is essential for progress, both individually and collectively. In our sustainability policy, we place special emphasis on equal opportunity.
Within Sidel, disabled persons are the focus of an integration and workstation adaptation program. At our own sites and at those of our suppliers, we ensure that child labor is prohibited, as well as any form of discrimination based on race, gender or labor union affiliation. This ethical code, which is precisely defined in our corporate governance structure, is also used during the selection of our suppliers.
Social accountability: Ethics is the basis for our company values
High environmental standards: Part of Sidel’s DNA.
Compliance with the main principles of sustainability is nothing new for Sidel. As pioneers on our market, we have integrated these main principles into our culture, backed by all our employees and by our actions.

- Our policy is global in scope. It includes the most advanced criteria for environmental standards and applies identically to all Sidel sites throughout the world, whether local legislation requires it or not. This enables transparent, linear management of all issues related to our activities, including in countries where regulations are less strict.
- Our dedicated teams are proactive. In each country, local contact persons apply the main principles of our policy autonomously, but with regular controls against a set of precise objectives.
- Our production sites also meet the highest environmental standards: integration into the surrounding environment, noise reduction, biotope conservation and enrichment, optimization and recycling of energy usage, etc.
Each site has been thought out in practical terms in order to optimize resources and energy costs in accordance with special considerations within each country (water shortage in China, high heat in Mexico, etc.).
We minimize the environmental impact of the supply chain.
Our production sites are located throughout the world. This means we can work with local suppliers and manufacture our molds and assemble our equipment as close as possible to customers, without the need for long-distance transport.
